Agenda: Allow filter list without category in org-agenda-to-appt

* lisp/org-agenda.el (org-agenda-to-appt): Make sure filter-items are
strings before calling `string-match'.

Now it's possible to use (org-agenda-to-appt t '((headline "string"))).
