When asking questions, please include complete information.  In this
case, the corresponding lines in the org file and the exported tex file
would be helpful.  If you are using any non-standard LaTeX package for
underlining, you should include that information too.

That said, I have a feeling this is a LaTeX issue, not Org.  So
dedicated LaTeX forum/list might be more appropriate for your questions.
