You need to customize the CSS for this.  You can try this:

(setq org-export-html-style
   "<style type="text/css">
    <![CDATA[
       p { font-weight: normal; color: gray; }
       h1 { color: black; }
      .title { text-align: center; }
      .todo, .timestamp-kwd { color: red; }
      .done { color: green; }
      code { font-size: 90%; }
    ]]>
   </style>")
