If you hit `T' on the agenda line, you should see inherited tags too if you have the default `org-agenda-use-tag-inheritance'. I implemented this because it speeds up agenda generation *a lot* and those visible tags are just information. But I 100% hear you and I understand this can be disruptive. It's a bit chaotic for the user in this area. org-use-tag-inheritance org-agenda-use-tag-inheritance org-agenda-remove-tags org-agenda-show-inherited-tags org-agenda-hide-tags-regexp ... I'll clean up things and restore the previous behavior, but I want the current one to be available anyway. Best, -- Bastien
