By the way, I'm on =Org-mode version 7.9.3d
(release_7.9.3d-830-g780b45 @ /home/jwhendy/.elisp/org.git/lisp/)= and
it works for me, so I don't think it's new behavior in 7.9.3. Just
wanted to add that; at least it may save you from trying to hunt down
a magical version that doesn't have the issue :)
