Setting all timestamps to UTC is the ideal solution for sure (perhaps as an option) and other things that deal with org files need to convert it to loc= al time when use. But that's a big adventure that I'm not prepared for :( I do= n't even know how many places need to be changed. I would like to at least try implementing my idea and see if it works, but = I'm still very new to org. So it would be great if there are some pointers. Lik= e how would I go about finding all the timestamps and make changes. Perhaps somew= here in org that does something similar.
