Interested to contribute to Org mode but do not know where to start? Afraid of the code base? Join us and get help directly from the devs.
bbb:OrgDevMeetup is a monthly virtual meetup where actual Org mode developers showcase the contribution process and can guide you along (you can even try yourself with immediate feedback!).

Monthly, every third Saturday of the month
in Org mode
- Regular time
- 7pm, Istanbul time (4pm, UTC0)
During the meetup, we:
- Work on Org mode, on screen, showing how the process works
- including Org devs showing their workflow
- … and users trying to contribute, with help from devs
- Discuss how to fix bugs or implement new features
- Get our hands wet with actual coding
- Discuss Org mode design, including individual libraries
Everyone is free to join the discussion/chat or lurk around silently, listening. But note that this is development-focused meetup. Do not expect general Org mode user discussions, except maybe Org mode architecture. For general discussion, bbb:OrgMeetup is more suitable.
We do not do any recording by default.
