Hi,

I write down some notes including URLs like this one:

http://www.reichelt.de/Drehschalter/DS-3/3/index.html?&ARTICLE=7217

afterwards I do C-c C-e h h to export my notes to an html-file.

I expect that the & is replaced by &.

But it's not replaced.
This causes the w3c validation to fail.
