Dear Org-mode developers,

here is another regression in 8.3.1.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Assume a *.org file like this:

* Clock
   CLOCK: [2015-08-13 Thu 15:28]

2. With the point somewhere in this tree, run org-clock-in (C-c C-x C-i)

Expected behaviour: the dangling clock is recognised; Org-mode asks you
how you'd like to resolve it.

Actual behaviour:

Debugger entered--Lisp error: (wrong-type-argument stringp 2)
   regexp-quote(2)
   org-clock-jump-to-current-clock((#<marker (moves after insertion) at
2840310 in default.org> 21964 39716))

I cannot reproduce this error with a recent git checkout with a clean
Emacs. Do you see this from emacs -q?
