I am having a similar problem with my agenda since updating Org to
9.0.5. Since seems to be after the fix above. I get a message 'Invalid
duration format: "50%".
I am using org from git:
Org mode version 9.0.5 (release_9.0.5-333-g8a1649 @
/Users/mannd/git/org-mode/lisp/)
Emacs version is:
GNU Emacs 25.1.50.1 (x86_64-apple-darwin15.3.0, NS appkit-1404.34
Version 10.11.3 (Build 15D21)) of 2016-03-13
thanks,
